Dignity
Every young person we support is treated as an agent of their own journey, never as an object of charity. We start from their strengths, their choices, and their aspirations — not only their hardships.
Proximity
We work within the neighbourhoods of Yaoundé, as close as possible to families and local realities. Our teams know the field — that is where lasting solutions are born.
Transparency
Our accounts and results are published every year. Every donation is traced and assigned to a concrete action — because trust is built on evidence, not on promises.
Sustainability
We do not train for the sake of training. Every program supports the young person all the way to real autonomy: a trade, an income, a place in their community.
